White House Health Care

Our programs help residents fully recover from surgery, serious injury, or illness and return home as soon as possible with the skills to perform daily living tasks. White House Health Care’s physical therapy team develops personalized care plans for each resident based on adaptive equipment, pre-discharge home evaluations, and resident and family instruction.
Distinguished in senior rehab care,  White House Health Care’s Medical Department includes primary care physicians, specialists, skilled nurses, and a complete roster of consultants.

Our enhanced rehab facility is designed with equipment that helps reduce the average length of a resident’s stay while maximizing rehab potential.

White House Health Care offers hospice services through a partnership with third party providers. The goal of hospice is to enable residents to continue an alert, pain-free life and to manage other symptoms so that their last days may be spent with dignity and quality, surrounded by their loved ones. Hospice affirms life and does not hasten or postpone death. Hospice care treats the person rather than the disease; it focuses on quality of life.
