Long Term Care

Our long term care staff provides 24-hour nursing care for senior residents and chronically ill residents. We offer rehabilitative, restorative, and ongoing skilled nursing care to residents who need assistance with daily tasks.

Short Term Rehab & Therapy

Our programs help residents fully recover from surgery, serious injury, or illness and return home as soon as possible with the skills to perform daily living tasks. White House Health Care’s physical therapy team develops personalized care plans for each resident based on adaptive equipment, pre-discharge home evaluations, and resident and family instruction.

Hospice Care

White House Health Care offers hospice services through a partnership with third party providers. The goal of hospice is to enable residents to continue an alert, pain-free life and to manage other symptoms so that their last days may be spent with dignity and quality, surrounded by their loved ones.
